I literally can’t lose weight.. HELP!!!😣
I currently weight 140, I’d like to get down to 130. A month ago I cut out all soda & sweets (very rarely do I ever have sweets now), I’ve also cut out iced coffee & most fast food (I have that maybe twice a month & it’s usually like Chipotle). I also constantly workout 4-5 days at the gym. I do weights and 30 minutes of cardio (2.5-3 miles). For breakfast I usually have eggs, lunch a salad or nothing, dinner I usually have chicken and veggies, steak and veggies or something along those lines. I also drink tons of water throughout the day...I for the life of me cannot lose weight, I only maintain! I need help!!!
