Loss of bladder control postpartum

Hi ladies,

I’m 6 days postpartum and still have no bladder control...and when I say no bladder control I mean zero bladder control - I’m urinating myself every time I stand up. I had a vaginal delivery to a relatively large baby for my size and chose to do an epidural. I had some tearing but nothing major. Anyone else experience this? How did it get better or what did you do?
