I looked it up since my husband had his tested yesterday and we are waiting. It looks like sperm volume is low. Apparently normal is between 1.5 and 5. And the other category that is boxed looks like it can be a potential issue. But the doctor should be calling soon to explain. Googling anything can make it seem worse than it is.

Looks like he has a low semen count, that’s the 1 in the box. & Agglutination means the sperm are stuck together, which can make it hard for them to swim

Hmm I've never had my hubby have a sperm test (yet!) so it's interesting to see results and what they look for. 
I googled semen agglutination, it means sperm get stuck together and they shouldn't do that as it means they can't swim. But it just says they were 'present' and not how many, so I guess you'd want to ask if that's something to worry about but... It says his semen progress is rapid, and motility is within normal range... that would suggest the opposite to me? (Although just assuming). 
And the other one just means there was a lower than normal volume of semen. 
Do they not tell you anything about what the results mean when you get them? That's not helpful!

The 2 that they boxed look abnormal. Sperm count is normal though. I'm not sure what the ones in the boxes mean though. I'm sure your doctor will talk to you guys about it.
