Everytime lately when my baby’s been getting a bath this comes up on her legs and shoulder. When she’s not in the bath it’s not red but the skin feels dry but when she’s in the bath it turns red. Is it eczema? Or has anybody ever dealt with this?

Yes that's what eczema looks like. You may ask her dr. to be sure but My son has it and thats what it looks like. warmth can make it flare up. All it is is dry skin and its real sensitive. Clear all detergents, fragrance-free soaps, and Aquaphor is the best for it!

It looks like eczema! My baby has it and her dermatologist and doctor told me not to let her take long baths but to just shower her. Not to leave her in a bathtub for more that 10 min. I use aveno eczema moisturizer right after each showers and it helps.

Does she have it durin the day? It could be a vein that comes when she’s warm my son has the skme on his knee but its more noticeable when he’s warm or cold

It just looks like dry skin/eczema to me. I live in Colorado with a very dry climate. My baby comes out of the bath with red spots exactly like this, rough after the bath, but not during the day. I use Aveeno eczema lotion on those spots daily for a week or so and they go away. New ones pop up, but the lotion always fixes them.

It looks similar to eczema or even keratosis pilaris. Keratosis pilaris is usually skin colored, but my son had it and his would get a little red during baths.
Maybe try switching to a sensitive skin, unscented soap (if not using already) and try a lotion designed for eczema and see if it helps. It’s probably dry and the warm water/soap is aggravating it.

Excema or contact dermatitis. My daughter had this too as a baby. We had to switch soaps many different times to finde the one she doesn't react too. Now she's almost 5 and finally seems to be less sensetive to things touching her skin. We still use the "safe" soap though
