First pregnancy

Hey all,

Last Friday the 25th, I started what I think was my period and lasted 2-3 days which is pretty normal for me. A few days prior to my period I took two pregnancy tests which were both negative. Yesterday I started having menstrual like cramps and my husband suggested I take a test. I took two tests today and both had positive results. I am nervous because of the menstrual like cramps. Google says it could be early signs of a miscarriage or it could be completely normal. I don’t know what to think. I did bloodwork this morning to check my levels so we will see but I have major anxiety about it. Did anybody Else experience menstrual like cramps and back aches early on in pregnancy and have a successful pregnancy?
