Hypothyroidism

Does anyone have hypothyroidism? It runs heavily in my family and I seem to have a lot of symptoms. Recently, I’ve had some random heart palpitations. I am going to the doctor next week, but I’m wondering how to bring this up to the doctor. My mother struggled with this for years before her doctor really dove in to figure out what was going on.

My husband and I are also TTC (3 years now). I know that it can cause problems if it’s not fixed, but I also have PCOS.

Any tips or advice would be great!
