Spotting for 3wks ...7wks pregnant

I’ve been spotting for 3 weeks now today the bleeding got a bit heavier with tiny clots. I seen my doctor 1 week ago he did an exam and discovered some kid of tissue around my cervix, he said that is probably the cause of the bleeding. I have an appointment with a specialist in 2weeks for this.

I also had two ultrasounds done one, 2 weeks ago heartbeat at 117 and the second ultrasound 1 week ago heartbeat 135 they doctor said the baby is doing good from what she can see. I’m just ready worried because I had a miscarriage last year at 12 weeks. Has anyone gone through this ?
