8DPO, had a huge temp spike today... does it look promising?

It’s only my second month temping, but last month, I had a fairly straightforward wave pattern (ups and downs during LP, no major jumps after ovulation).

Times have been consistent, within 5-10 minutes of the same time every day (alarm set for 6, sometimes I’ll take it at the snooze or if I wake up before my alarm).

Does this chart look potentially promising...? If so, when should I test?

EDIT: 98.31 today! Definitely getting too excited, because I know it’s not guaranteed to stay up... but, last month, my temps were like waves- up and down. Test was negative this morning, but I know it’s still early, even with my temp rise. I’m crazy, so I’ll probably test daily until I either get a positive or until my period comes. Hoping it doesn’t come this month though... 🤞🏻🤞🏻
