7dpo and ovulation strips still coming positive

2years ago when I was trying for my baby, 8 months it took 4 cycles of clomid 100mg and than 4th cycle of Letrozole 7.5mg and I got pregnant .. even after ovulation past 7dpo my ovulation strip kept coming positive and at 9dpo I found out I was pregnant.

& I've been trying for another baby since 8 months and this month I took clomid 100mg and it's 7dpo and my ovulation strips are coming positive since 5-6 days which usually never happens , after ovulation the strip pretty much becomes negative right away!

I don't want to get my hopes up .. it might all just be in my head , but it's happened to me once before so it's hard not to think that I might be pregnant again :|
