Ultrasound - please give me insight

Anyone measure smaller on the gestational sac than last menstrual period calculations? We were ttc so I know my cycles and ovulation days. Yesterday I was 7 weeks 3 days according to LMP or 6 weeks 5 days going by ovulation. I went to the ER (pink translucent spotting one time after we had sex so nurse asked me to get checked) and the tech scanning said I’m 5 weeks 5 days and she claimed to not see anything in my GS even though clear as day my hubby and I saw something flickering like a heart beat very fast. Then she moved the probe and still I saw what looks like the yolk sac in the bottom left. My head is all over the place. Hcg level was 10,900 as of yesterday. Anyone have this happen and still have a positive outcome!? TIA ❣️
