What are (if already) your 4-5 month olds eating?

My son will be 5 months in 10 days, at his 4month appt his pediatrician gave us the ok to start solids she said don’t wait until 6 months he is ready. So I started giving him puréed baby foods like gerber and the Walmart brand baby food. I bought him these yesterday because he seems to be interested in everything we eat and of course he can’t have what I have but I wanted to give him different things. Only thing is I’m scared because he does sometimes bite it and get a little piece in his mouth, he’s had no problem but I’m worried if he were to choke. 
What are your babies eating and how are they doing?

Our little dude, five months today, had several kinds of vegetables so far. Fresh - I boil and then puree them. I started with smooth purées and they get a bit more structure now. He really enjoys them!
I’ll soon try some fruits and potatoes. Also plan on incorporating egg and peanut butter soon to lower the risk of allergies to those, but will check at our five months appointment first.

Oatmeal cereal with gender 1st goods added! He actually loves green beans and hates apples, I’m shocked!! 😂

My son will be 5 months old on the 6th and his doctor told us to wait til he’s 6 months. But he’s my 3rd and he’s showing all the signs of readiness except he’s not sitting up unassisted yet.. we are started him with purées in the next week or so. But once he’s 6 months and sitting unassisted we will start BLW!!
