Bleeding at 6 weeks

I went in to see my midwife last Thursday due to light spotting. This is my first pregnancy and from my last period I should be 6 weeks 4 days. My dr did an ultrasound and could see the sac but no fetal pull. She said I look like I’m earlier along then we expected. And it’s to early to tell if this is going to be a good pregnancy or not. My HCG level was 1882 on Thursday. We made appointments to check my HCG levels again the following Monday and another ultrasound the following Thursday. Saturday night the bleeding became heavier so I went into the ER. They tested my HCG levels again and they should have doubled from Thursday but only went up 400. The ultrasound of course looked the same it had only been two days. They said there is concern that my HCG levels have not doubled, they also said according to the ultrasound I’m looking like I’m 5 weeks and 4 days. It’s to early to tell and to just keep watching it. They told me to come back if I’m filling a pad an hour. The blood usually is only when I wipe after I pee and it was a lot less and more brownish colored. This morning when I woke up it was all over my underwear like I had started my period. It also filled the toilet when I peed and the picture below is what happens when I wipe. It’s significantly worse now. This is my first pregnancy. Has anyone experienced this and had it be okay?
