Allergy rash?

Does this look like an allergy rash to y’all? I noticed that his skin was a little dry and patchy yesterday but today it’s progressed to full blown red. He had the Triple Berry Pie from from Yumi last night and it’s the second time he’s eaten it but the first time I’ve noticed a rash. It has blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, coconut, white beans and cinnamon in it! He’s up and about, seems his normal happy self, apart from that and a slightly scratchy throat (which I thought was from the smoke in our state but now I’m not so sure)
