7 Weeks Light Brown Discharge

Hi everyone, I’m 7 weeks 1 day. I haven’t had my dating ultrasound but am scheduled to go Thursday for that. Today when I wipe I am getting a little bit of this light brown discharge. I don’t have cramping but my usual pelvic “fullness” I’ve had on and off all through this pregnancy. I am wondering if anyone has had this and it ended up being ok? I don’t know if I should go to the hospital or wait until my ultrasound
