Makena vs suppository

Since I had a preterm labor with my first the OB started the vaginal progesterone suppository at 18 weeks. Fast forward, I’ve changed OB’s and the new MFM wants to switch me to Makena and said the suppositories aren’t as effective. Obviously when I read there have been cases of still births with Makena, it made me nervous...Torn between switching, any suggestions, experiences etc?
