Baby girl name!

So My husband and I agreed on our baby girl name along time ago. We’ve liked this name since we were pregnant with my son. So my cousin who lives in another state, who I don’t see or talk to. Names his daughter something similar. I don’t want to “steal” his daughters name but it’s seriously the only name we can agree on. ( if I’m having a girl) lol so should we try to find another name or since my cousin doesn’t live near me and we haven’t seen each other in almost 10 years should it not matter. The baby name for us is Ava Marie. Their daughters name is Avalyn Marie. I’m not close with him so I wouldn’t feel comfortable asking if he okay with it. I just don’t want there to end up being two names so similar. Thanks in advance for voting!
