Nipple pain?

Did anyone’s nipples have pain that shot through them and turned out to be pregnant? This month I quit TTC because I just started a new job. Idk why I ovulated , so I can’t go by that. I don’t want to test right this second because I don’t want to be let down again. Has anyone’s nipples got this weird pain through them and then be pregnant? I have also ate way more today because I feel like I can’t get full. Maybe it’s all leading to something else, but it’s definitely strange for me 🤷🏼‍♀️🙄
