i don’t know what to do anymore...

so i’ve been talking with this guy for 6 months now (online). we met off of social media and we’ve been planning on meeting up in person (he live like 10 hours away). i do really like him but now i have a problem. i recently started a new job and a guy i’m working with has been flirting a lot with me. we spend a lot of time together because of the work we do, so it’s not like i can avoid him. i’ve started noticing i like him more and more each day and i don’t know what to do...

i can’t avoid him and i don’t wanna tell him to stop either because i do like him. but i also have invested so much time on the other guy, but he lives so far away. we’re not dating (yet) but somehow it still feels so wrong. they’re both great... maybe i’m just a terrible person.

help me please.
