Ttc for 2 years

Hey ladies. Yesterday and this morning I got 2 positive pregnancy tests. My hubby and I have been trying for the last 2 years. When I saw the first one was positive I cried like a baby. But I'm still in disbelief. I keep having cramping like AF is still coming and it worries me. I have this horrible feeling that if I go to my doc theyre going to tell me it was a false positive. (Some history I have a diagnosis of PCOS)

For those who have conceived after trying for a long time. When did you finally come to terms with it and was able to be excited?
