Hey I have an ex that always comes back

Even when we wasn’t together officially he always comes back to me wanting to be all friendly at first then wants to be more

I have a lot of history with this person we go way back was friends for ages then started to causally hook up no relationship just casual.

We made it official then we had a little disagreement and things sizzled I then found out I was pregnant which made us a bit closer unfortunately I had a miscarriage and we both took it hard and things just seem to end and I was devastated As I just had a miscarriage and felt like I lost everything.

Anyways a few months after I found out he’s seeing someone else, I was hurt but gradually seem to be getting over it , then his relationship ended and he starts speaking to me again like old times

What should I do ?
