Lack of sex / communication

My husband and I are having issues . I tried to talk to him or try to be intimate with him but he is all interested in his books about politics or reading the news. He has forgotten that he is married and can’t initiate sex unless I do. The other thing is he can last long or get harder for long . I tried talking to him but to no avail. If you ask about his sex health , he claims that I am confronting him too much . Am I not entitled to have sex? I need and want sex or we can as well join the coventry
