Still in pain

So I am still dealing with round ligament pain and this baby in my ribs. I’m just in so much pain. I did call my drs office on Friday and they said there really is nothing they can do.

I have tried seriously everything I possibly could for both but in doing that causes more pain. I just don’t know what to do. I want to call my dr again tomorrow but I feel like it will just be a waist of time.

Any ideas or advice? This is my first pregnancy and I’ll be 35 weeks tomorrow and I just don’t know how much more I can take and it worries me for the hole labor process.
