Exercising before eating- safe?
Hi there! Pre-pregnancy, I’ve typically done a moderate workout on an empty stomach. Like yoga/Pilates/power walk around my neighborhood. Is that ok during first trimester/pregnancy in general?
I’m 6 weeks and I’m not always hungry when I first get up so I’ll do my thing then eat after. Trying to listen to my body more than anything. Some mornings I do eat before exercising!
Would move some advice!
