Hey all this is my chart this is my first month trying out bbt my question is what should my temp be to know I’m ovulating roughly? I’m new to this and not really any clue on how this works thank you #cycleday7
Also do u just rest the bbt stick in your mouth away from your tongue or do u let it touch your tongue 🤦🏼♀️ silly question i know
