plan b and sore nipples

hey everyone! so i took plan b nearly 2 weeks ago and my nipples have been incredibly sore... my period starts in 5 days and my nipples do get sensitive but never this painful to the point where my bra makes them hurt. i’ve taken plan b before, but i’ve never gotten these symptoms. can anyone relate or calm my nerves that i’m not pregnant?
