PID or just a severe case of UTI

didn’t have sex for a month and then i had sex (with the same partner) for the first time since last month -—not even two minutes in, i’m in excruciating pain. almost like something tearing. i thought maybe it was cause we didn’t have any lubricant and it had been a while. but the next TWO times we used lube, but still....2 to 4 minutes in, i have to stop because it hurts so bad. (we’ve had sex consistently and this has NEVER happened to me )

my symptoms :

painful intercourse

pain AFTER intercourse

painful urination

pain AFTER urination

pain in lower abdomen during and after urination

tight lower back with pain and discomfort

heavy bleeding after intercourse ( i also have nexaplon and have been bleeding everyday for 8 out of 12 months)
