How often

How often are you ladies giving your little one a bath? I Bathe my little one ever 3 days and in between I wash her face,hands,feet and butt with a warm rag. She keeps her hands in her mouth and is starting to get them feet up there also she is 3 months. I do think she may have eczema but I’ve only seen two little spots that I used aveeno on and it kinda cleared it up it’s not very noticeable
