How can I tell if headaches are caused because of stress?

I’ve been having these headaches almost everyday and everytime it hurts I have neck pain and shoulder pain as well with nausea 🤢. Also, these headaches started after giving birth to my 4th baby 5 months ago.. I never had headaches like this often before. Anyone have an idea what is causing these headaches?

As the other commenter said, it could be from anything! I get headaches constantly and it is often for many different reasons. Lack of caffine, too much caffine, too much screen time, slept wrong, too warm, flashing lights from trees while in a car, etc. I also used to get them from a tumor growing on my pituitary gland. Thankfully I got the medication I needed to get rid of that and I've had way less headaches since then

Stress, your back being misaligned, carrying a heavy baby and making your neck/shoulders sore, sitting wrong during the day
Honestly, endless things can cause neck/shoulder strain, which can cause headaches very easily 
Get a good neck massager and maybe some icy hot
