Pain when going to the toilet

Ever since I had my daughter (May 31st), whenever I try to poo and I’m on my period, it hurts so much!!! My periods have gotten so painful and heavy but this is the worst pain, I’ve almost been in tears trying to go

I had a minor tear that the midwife missed and the doctor checked out, she said I would need to come in and the would re cut the edges and put 1 stitch in so that it healed properly. Don’t know if this has something to do with it.

Can anyone help me?!?!
