Embarrassed.. please don’t judge

So I live in Canada where marijuana is legal, I don’t smoke, however my fiancé does. He only smokes outside and never in the house.

My son is 16 months old and we dropped him off at daycare this morning just like any other day but shortly after, my aunt (who works at the daycare) texted to let me know that my sons jacket strongly smells like weed.

I feel so embarrassed and it makes us look like bad parents and I’m at work for the day just stressing about the whole situation, I’m not sure where the smell could of come from, possibly the car since I noticed my fiancé had a jacket laying in the backseat and maybe it was coming from that but I never noticed a smell in the car. Ugh I just feel like sh*t about it
