4 year old issues

I wake up she wakes up. She starts crying bc she needs to pee. She has been potty trained since 2 1/2. She knows how to go. Get on. Get clean. Get off. And finish by washing her hands removing her seat closing the lid turning off the lights and so forth.

So why does she cry every morning to tell me she has to pee? She doesn't do this throughout the day. She just goes. Shes just started this.

She also won't eat breakfast. I take her tablet and her toys and tell her to eat. She will not eat she will play with the carpet if that's all I left her....

This is my step daughter so im doing the best I can here but she is just so unresponsive. Her daddy says tell her to eat or ill be upset... she doesn't care. I tell her dont touch her toys and she will hide under the new crib with toys bc she knows im not getting down there for chance im not coming back up.

She cries at night bc she doesnt wanna sleep in her bed, she cries when I give her dinner bc its not eggs / pancakes / cereal or ketchup with a side of French fries.

She will cry when I tell her its time to take a bath. She cries when I tell her I need to take a bath.

I have a sour candy craving bc im pregnant, she cries bc her daddy won't let her eat candy and its not fair. ( she has fillings in literally every tooth )

She will cry bc I won't let her wear slippers to the store or because I didnt let her buckle herself in while its pouring down rain.

Iv read books, iv done research. Im literally failing at every end with this child and I cant figure out what im doing wrong.

Why does everything end in tears? When you ask her whats wrong she does a pouting face and points at stuff she wants but won't say a single word.

Its not bc im pregnant she has gone on and on about how she is ready for her sister and she even named her baby doll the same name and shows me how she will take care of her.... we buy her toys and clothes and she's not deprived but also not spoiled. I just don't get it. What more can I do.
