Looks kinda like a pimple but is probably built up discharge/bacteria that got stuck. I’d do a salt soak with warm water.

Make a paste of crushed up aspirin mixed with water on it. Sleep with it and apply nightly until gone.

I’m not sure if it’s just the lighting of the photo but the whole area around it looks infected. I’d go get checked out to be sure. I’ve had piercings randomly flare up after months of silence before.
