Tonsil Stones

the past few months i’ve removed 3 tonsil stones, and they are disgusting! I removed one like 2 months ago and removed 2 of them just now. Poked em with a q tip, and was gagging like a mf 😂

YES this came out of my tonsils!!! wtf

but anyways, how can I prevent these? I hate them.... they feel like i constantly have something stuck in my throat and removing is disgusting! HELP
