Does this sound like it could be silent reflux?

My daughter is 3 months and only now am I wondering if she has it. 
She doesn’t spit up more than any other baby, but she still hiccups a lot and they go on for a while (I read that can be a symptom) 
Otherwise, she doesn’t always cry after a bottle. But she does arch her back a lot and scream mostly when I’m holding her to go to sleep (so laying on her side). She also gags quite a bit and will even wake up gagging.

Yes that sounds like reflux. My son did all that in addition to excessive vomiting. We tried a few different medications and formulas and nothing ever helped until we switched to Gerber GoodStart SoothePro. 
But I would speak to your pediatrician and see what you can do.

Sounds definitely like it. If her breath smells sour that's another clue. Talk to pediatrician about options. In the meantime, keep upright for 30 minutes after feeding, burp gently (rubbing in circles) and often during feedings, explore special bottles for colic/reflux babies, prop baby up to sleep with a wedge under the mattress. It doesn't sound like it's bothering her too much if you just noticed, so it could be a change to your diet making it worse. I cut out dairy and acidic foods like chocolate and caffeine and that helped with spit ups and acid too. My first son had regular reflux and was on meds for the first 6 weeks to one year of his life. My second is only 2 weeks old but looks like he has silent reflux. I'm going to the doctor on Monday and will talk about options for him then.
