Help please, I’m in desperate need of help

I need help identifying what’s going on with my vagina. I never had anything wrong before and I got tested recently and everything came up negative for STDs/STIs but positive for a yeast infection. I thought it went away but I keep having weird discharge every day

can someone pls tell me if this is leftover yeast? my doctor told me I didn’t need any medication as it’s mild but it’s been months and still this!
