Rude secretaries

So I called my drs office to schedule a dr app and ultrasound I’m 35 weeks so I need to schedule my 37 week check up with my dr and I get more ultrasounds because I have gestational diabetes and multiple sclerosis.

Anyways the one secretary for my dr was really nice and helpful. The secretary for the ultrasound was just rude for no reason. She was just like well I guess when do you need this ultrasound done because I don’t see any orders in here for one. I said the same day as my dr app but if you don’t see an order for one in there than that’s ok I don’t have to have it done and I’ll just ask my dr the next time she wants me to have one. And she responded no we are doing this your on the phone I’m not wasting my time so she scheduled it. But she just didn’t need to be rude about it.

I’m honestly always nice with secretary’s for a couple reasons one because you just don’t need to be rude to them they are just doing their job so you don’t need to make it harder for them. Two because my husband is a supervisor of them where he works and tells me all them time everything they have to do and what their big boss puts on not only him but them too so I know how much they have to do every day so I try to make it easier on them. So if I’m being nice there is no need to be rude to me.
