extremely bad cramps near ovaries

So I have been having some extremely bad cramps around my lower stomach on both sides (more on my right) where my ovaries are for months and it gets really really worse when I’m on my period. I don’t know what else it good be and I’m afraid to go to the hospital to get it checked out because the hospital near me is ate up with covid and I don’t want to go there right now. So if any of you guys would know what it is please let me know. Thanks!!
