Stomach bloating and fat.
So yesterday, I went out in some body tight clothes to be told by someone 'congratulations'. Confused, she pointed to my stomach.
I think she was a bit embarrassed to say the least when I said I'm far from pregnant! Lol
But it was an eye opener, I haven't been comfortable with my stomach for a while, I won't fully blame it on PCOS but I do blame the rubbish diet and insomnia that has recently developed over lockdown
I am in a cycle of
Body conscious -> depression -> anxiety -> comfort eat
I haven't put on alot but my stomach bloat and excess fat sure doesn't help. So I am doing 4-8 weeks of stomach workouts and exercises along with an inspired PCOS meal plan to help me feel healthy and feel good about myself again. I will post results after then.
