32 weeks 2 days w my first. he is head down and measuring 66th percentile at 4 lbs 9 oz. past couple days he has felt super low, and during my ultrasound on friday his head was down by my waistline, idk if that’s normal...anyway the past couple days i’ve felt a lot of pressure in my vagina, backpain and tmi but the feeling of needing to poop but in my stomach, gas cramps is the best way to describe but it’s a little different of a feeling
