What did you put baby’s cow milk in (once okayed to switch)? Why?

Baby girl is gonna be 1 on Dec 20th and we want to keep an eye out for good deals. I know each baby is different, but trying to find a good starting/testing point :) THANKS!

Sippy cup for water from 6 months (tommee tippee), then a different make (just a cheap one from the supermarket) for milk from 1 year - she wouldn't drink milk out of her water cup lol 🙄

We always did milk in an open cup. I guess because I only offered it at the table with meals. We use(d) different Sippy or straw cups for water but not milk 🤷🏻‍♀️

My daughter is 22m and has been using a sippy cup with a hard spout since we have her cows milk. She will also drink out of an open cup but doesn’t get the straw 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

We went straight to cups no need for bottles after 1, my girl prefers contigo straw cups

My son uses the munchkin 360 cup or a cup with a straw for water but we still use a bottle for milk before his naps

Munchkin 360, it helps teach them to drink from a real cup. I never messed with bottles. She can drink from any sippy or straw cup.

We never put cow’s milk in a bottle. We only put it in a 360 cup. Once he was off formula, he was off bottles.

We don’t use cow milk but he gets breastmilk or water in a straw cup, the munchkin one

Straw cups because my daughter couldn’t figure out to tip her head until she was nearly 2. I believe straw cups are also better for their teeth.

We started with a nuk soft spout sippy cup for milk. Then we transitioned to a hard spout as he got used to it. We liked the spill proof the best for the age when he’s super spilly still. He’s 2 now and we’re using the cheap take and toss sippy cups since they use that at daycare. We are planning to transition to a no lid cup soon for water only. We never really used a straw cup. Once he knew how to use the tilt cups, he tried to tilt the straw cups too. He now has a straw water bottle but he understands it now that he’s older.
