Husband works a lot

My husband had been with his new job since July. Fairly new and is a salary worker. He works 7 days a week but weekends aren’t full days but they can be if need be.

We got into an argument because even when he gets home is still taking business calls or he may be on call to go into work. If we have something planned it gets ruined because he has to go into work. Or he can never just come home and turn work off.

He loves his job but says I don’t support him. I don’t know how to support him. Honestly, I’m not a fan of the new “schedule” if that’s what you call it. We don’t get much family time anymore so I just feel alone most of time now.

Anyone else deal with something similar to this?
