C section question?

Ok has anyone had ￼a schedule repeat  c section and ended up going into labor on your own? If so when did you go to the hospital? What ended up happing?

Not my experience but my sister had her first via c-section and went to the hospital in labor with her second. She ended up having an unplanned VBAC but I am pretty sure that most places would not do that 😄 She gave birth in Guam BTW.

I had a second scheduled csection. My doctor said that if I were to go into labor on my own prior to the scheduled date, he would give me the option of vaginally or csection, depending on how dilated I am, water breaking, what stage of labor I am in when I arrive at the hospital.

I went into labor twice with 2 out of the 3 kids. Contractions and bleeding with my 2nd one. And with my 3rd one, contractions 4 to 5 mins apart.. They rush me over everyone when it comes to doing a C-section since the fear of me tearing from my incision site.
But might be delayed if you ate 12hrs before. And now they care doing COVID testing but I was told that one was done as a rapid.

I still had a c-section with my last one. I was scheduled but my water broke and I had contractions. She came 2 and a half weeks earlier I think that’s 37 1/2 she was 8lbs even. I had 3 c-sections all together

I was told I would just simply have the c section if I went into full blown labor... never did thank goodness.. I refuse to do vaginally

May I ask why you are having another c-section?

If you are scheduled for a cesarean you go to hospital immediately. If you are dilated 3 cm they do an emergency cesarean.

I went into labor and went straight in once I realized that was what it was lol.
