Purple lump on bikini line?

Hi girls

I noticed a hard reddy/purple lump on my bikini line, basically where my knickers sit on my skin. It doesn’t hurt unless I mess with it in which case it bleeds and becomes sure and I can feel it under my skin.

It’s hard to see what it is as I can only see if I take a picture 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ I know most people’s reply would be see the doctor but you know, it’s never fun flashing your bits! So just wanted peoples opinions before I have to make an appointment.
