Do you buy things if their super cheap even if you don’t need them
So just a question. Let’s say your child has a few coats already but then you see some at a store for super cheap, do you buy them anyway and think “hey I’m sure they’ll still wear it” or do you just leave it and enjoy what they already own?
So my daughter has quite the collection of jackets and coats, yesterday we were at once upon a child and came across a few coats for under $1. They were all 12-18 month in size and my daughter is currently 16 months old but tiny for her age. She’s still wearing 6-12 month clothes. These jackets weren’t quite warm enough for winter but if they still fit her in the spring she would be able to wear them. I had 3 of them in my hand to buy since they were so cheap but then my husband pointed out that she owns probably 8 coats if not more all a mix of spring, fall, and winter styles so we put the jackets back. Now I’m regretting not grabbing them, like really regretting it. but really, should I regret it even tho she owns quite a few very nice coats? These ones were a long dressy Sherpa coat from gap for $1, a little faux suede coat from Walmart for 65 cents, and a cute little blue jacket for 75 cents. We get so consumed into buying things because of how cheap they are rather than because we need them.
Does anyone else have this issue? If your child owns 8 coats but you found these for so cheap would you still buy them?
