Left town without seeing me. Had me waiting all day

My boyfriend left weeks ago. He was back in town for a couple of hours. We were suppose to see each other today in the morning at 7AM. Said his tired punched and he would let me know at what time he would see me. I cooked up a great meal for him. 12 hours passed by and he still had not contacted me. I decided to finally call him and asked him "do you think this is how a relationship is suppose to be?" He responded "look i know i fucked up. My tire popped, went to see my daughters, went to pick up a guy now im heading back to Texas." I responded " *sigh* you know what? I'm not interested in your excuses anymore." His last words were "what excuses!?" Before I abruptly hung up. He left back again without seeing me after promising he would.

You would think a phone call would hurt? I stupidly waited all day with hot meals for him not to show up. I deleted all social media and blocked his number. I dont want to talk to him at the moment. I have been thinking about leaving him for a long while now. I just haven't gotten the courage to...hoping he would go back to the nice he was in the beginning. Apart from being away for a while he is now indifferent, goes hours without contacting me, lacks communication skills, is a narcisst, and part of me still has a feeling he's still dealing with his children's mother. I also go hours without responding to him too or forward his calls. I use to be crazy about him and cared deeply of him until I became a reflection of his love. And honestly, that's sad....
