Sex and pregnancy

Anyone else in a similar situation and feeling sad about it?

My husband has been uncomfortable having sex since about I was 35 weeks because he doesn’t want to hurt me or put me into labour, not to mention my nonexistent sex drive my whole pregnancy. This Friday I’ll be 39 weeks and it will be exactly a month since the last time we had sex.

I’m being induced on Sunday and then it’s no sex for at least another 6 weeks minimum!

The next time we’ll be able to have sex will almost be 2 full months since the last time we had sex!

I know sex isn’t everything and my husband tells me not to worry about it, but it makes me sad that the next time we’ll have sex will be in December! 😫
