Measuring big at 28 weeks

Just went to the doctors today to take my glucose test. They say shes measuring 2-3 weeks bigger than normal and she has extra fluid around her that could be due to gestational diabetes. I won’t find out till tomorrow if I passed or not.

Has anyone taken the glucose test and passed and had a big baby anyway? Did they make you take the 3 hour test? They also told me today that they are leaning towards having a caesarean since she’s measuring big like my other daughter.. anyone been in the same situation and not come out with gestational diabetes?
