Has anyone taken Buspirone (Buspar) for anxiety? Did it work for you?

It has helped me! I just take it as needed, or when I feel some strong anxiety coming on or racing thoughts. My doctor said it was fine to take now while I’m pregnant.

It has worked well for many of my family members, but just note that it's not safe for pregnancy or breastfeeding - just in case you're in either of those boats! 😊

I took it but it didn’t help me. I was also on an entire concoction of medication though so I probably just didn’t see a difference
