Dr. Appointments issues

So I am so frustrated. As a stay at home mom of a 17 month old and with COVID restrictions doctor appointments with my OBGYN are not happening.

I spent almost 2 hours today with 3 clinics trying to make an appointment. All with my 17 month old screaming. Still no appointment. I have only been seen my OBGYN one time this whole pregnancy and I am almost 16 weeks. I cannot find child care for my toddler during the day but Fridays. Fridays all OBGYN's in my network do not do clinics Friday's.

I have sent messages to my doctor and I was told there are no exceptions with bringing my toddler to the appointments. I am high risk and so is baby but neither of us is getting proper care with COVID. I have tried making appointments with midwives, other clinics, other doctors....totally is impossible where we are in our rural area.

I was told to get a blood pressure cuff at home and monitor myself essentially at this point. Just by this time with my last pregnancy I was being monitored 1-3 week with ultrasounds and obgyn appointments with how high risk we are.

I don't even know what to do....
