Has anyone gone outside for walks with baby or have gone out at all? I’ve been home since I gave birth and feel like I’m going crazy, I haven’t gone out my house since October 1 and I’m feeling guilty for wanting to take a deep breath😔 idk maybe I’m over reacting. How’s everyone feeling?

We take family walks around the block once a day to walk the dog. I am baby wearing, which makes me feel better since I can cover my baby and not let anyone get close.
Go for a walk! It’s the last good weather we’re going to have before winter. Fresh air helps the soul.

Just get outside for a walk. I had my girl on the 3rd and it feels good just to be outside. If not put babe in car and go grab a coffee and drive around alittle. 😊

We were at the beach on the 3rd day he was born... definitely can’t stay home since my 3yo is super active and demanding but we avoid closed public places, just go beach, parks, open air playgrounds

I was going stir crazy so my husband stayed home to watch the little guy while I went to Costco. It was great!

I have gone for one walk and we go back and forth to my parents’ house which is 5 mins away but that’s it. I have a 3 year old too so it’s been hard and I feel like we’re going stir crazy but I’m so paranoid about taking a newborn anywhere in a pandemic. We’re just taking it one day at a time and doing restaurant take out or curbside pickup for things as little mini-outings just for some car rides to get out of the house. It’s really hard.

Feeling the same. My daughter was born 10/10... i really want to go out and do something esp with my 6 year old but then at the same time it’s hectic taking a newborn out and then there’s COVID also 🥺 going crazy inside tho and also knowing it’s about to be too cold to even be outside soon !! Ugh

Tomorrow we are going out of state for my mother-in-laws funeral. I don’t want to make the trip, but feel like we need to be there for my husband. We are stopping halfway and staying in a hotel and then will travel the rest of the way on Friday. Baby will be 3 weeks on Friday. 😓 I’m nervous, but we’re taking as many precautions as we can. I’d definitely be comfortable going on a walk and we have already gone on walks and played in the backyard (we have a 3 year old as well, so it became necessary to get out of the house).
